Terms of subscriptions
As a general rule, subscriptions are taken out for one calendar year at a time.
For subscriptions to netpunkt.dk other rules apply, and these are described under each indi-vidual product.
In the absence of any agreement to the contrary, the price of new subscriptions taken out in the course of a calendar year will be a proportion of the subscription for the first year.
Subscriptions continue until they are terminated. So our customers will automatically receive all future updates that are covered by the subscription. Subscriptions are normally paid in advance for one year at a time.
In the absence of any statement to the contrary, the whole subscription will be invoiced in connection with the first consignment in the subscription or at the start of the subscription period.
Termination
Subscriptions can only be terminated in writing to DBC as (attn: Customer Service) by letter or email. The failure to pay is not accepted as termination of a subscription.
In the absence of any agreement to the contrary in connection with termination of a sub-scription within the subscription period, the subscription price will be credited minus the sales price of consignments in the subscription that have already been delivered or started.
A fee will be charged amounting to 10% of the outstanding subscription payment. Minimum DKK 100 including VAT.
Prices
Most of our prices are adjusted once a year. All our prices are in Danish Kroner excluding VAT.
Terms of payment
30 days from the invoice date. Fee for delays in payment: DKK 80 per month on dispatch of the second reminder.
Liability
In case of shortages, defects or delays in any of DBC’s products, DBC as is entitled to choose either to redeliver the products concerned, or to remedy the defects, or to allow the pur-chaser a proportional discount, or to credit the purchaser in respect of the defective or de-layed product. All these actions constitute full and final settlement.
In case of force majeure DBC’s liability to make delivery shall lapse for as long as the state of force majeure applies. Delivery will be resumed as soon as conditions allow following ter-mination of the state of force majeure.
Force majeure shall include: lock-outs and strikes, including internal strikes in DBC that have a significant impact on DBC’s ability to observe its delivery liabilities.
DBC shall never be liable for consequential damage, including consequential damage caused by any computer viruses, or for indirect losses arising in connection with non-delivery.
